​​The Story Behind Randle’s T-Shirt Company

Built on resilience, service, and a commitment to helping organizations bring their message to life through quality custom apparel.
Randle’s T-Shirt Company was founded by Zell Randle, a two time breast cancer survivor, entrepreneur, and community advocate based in Southfield, Michigan. After being diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time in 2014, Zell faced not only the physical and emotional challenges of the disease but also the financial realities that many survivors experience.
Through that journey, she discovered that many other fighters and survivors were facing similar struggles. In 2017, Zell and her daughter, Avis Randle, launched Living Brave Through Breast Cancer, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families impacted by breast cancer.

As the organization began hosting awareness events, Zell wanted to provide shirts for survivors, caregivers, and supporters. She realized how important it was for organizations to have access to quality custom apparel at fair and dependable pricing. That realization inspired her to learn the art of screen printing so she could better serve the community and support the mission she cared deeply about.

What began as a way to support cancer fighters and their families became Randle’s T-Shirt Company, a professional screen printing business dedicated to helping organizations share their message through quality custom apparel.

Today, Zell continues her mission of service through both her nonprofit and her business, combining resilience, faith, and entrepreneurship to support communities and causes that bring people together.
